ABOUT PRACTICEPATH

Built around the people.
Not the paperwork.

We want prescribing development to feel more connected, more organised and easier to navigate.

OUR STORY

It started with a familiar challenge.

Street artwork of a nurse beneath an NHS sign with a superhero emblem.
Celebrating the people behind everyday care.

PracticePath was founded by Simon Tojuola, a UK pharmacist and King’s College London graduate with an MBA from Henley Business School and more than 12 years’ experience in medical affairs.

While pursuing independent prescribing training, Simon experienced the challenge of finding a DPP and bringing together the evidence, reflections and reviews that training requires.

PracticePath is our response: a place to connect learners with DPP support, organise practice learning, and make progress easier to discuss.

We began with pharmacists. Today, we also welcome registered nurses undertaking prescribing training, alongside DPPs, assessors and university teams.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

Three things that matter.

Connection

Help learners find and contact participating DPPs. We do not charge to make that connection; supervision arrangements and any DPP fees are agreed separately.

Clarity

Bring practice sessions, reflections, competency evidence and feedback together, so learners and assessors can see what needs attention.

Professional judgement

Evidence counts show coverage, not competence. Assessor review and sign-off remain human decisions, with a record of who reviewed the work.

A PILOT, SHAPED TOGETHER

Help us make it useful.

We’re developing PracticePath with feedback from learners and DPPs. The pilot is a chance to use the platform in your own learning and supervision workflow and tell us what could work better.

Access is free during the pilot. We intend to introduce platform fees in the future and will explain prices and terms before you choose a paid service. No paid subscription starts automatically.

PracticePath supports your learning; your university and professional regulator set the requirements. It is not an approved prescribing course or a guarantee of a DPP placement, qualification or competence.

PracticePath is operated by Orbicus Limited.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s make the journey clearer.

Join as a learner or DPP / assessor and help shape what comes next.

Free during the pilot. No payment required.
